CASA Manager was conceived and developed by Susanne Waher who has been designing databases for a wide variety of uses on both Windows and Macintosh platforms since 1989.
Susanne's skill as a professional developer are continually expanded by participating in advanced FileMaker Pro courses, seminars, trainings and conferences devoted to database design.
Susanne has extensive experience as a trainer. For over 17 years she has given workshops to large audiences, small groups and on a one-to-one basis. In addition, she has given workshops to other agencies on the fundamentals of database design.
Susanne was employed with Child Advocates of Santa Clara & San Mateo counties from 1989-2005. During that time the agency served approximately 970 children with 775 active CASAs in two counties. She has also worked as a FileMaker developer for an independent consulting company in Palo Alto for 7 years and on contract for FileMaker International in England for 2.5 years. She now operates CASA Manager fulltime from her office in Campbell, California.
