Jeff has more than 25 years of FileMaker Pro, Sales and Business Management experience. Over the course of 15 years, Jeff built a successful software consulting business designing and building a wide array of solutions including, but not limited to: Sales CRM, Inventory Management and Fully-Automated Publishing Systems. Jeff has been involved with the development of 5 shrink-Wrap products made with FileMaker Pro. Jeff has been twice featured as speaker for the FileMaker Developer Conferences (2007 & 2008) and is certificated for versions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 & 14 of FileMaker Pro. Jeff has been associated in various local users groups and professional associations including the FIleMaker Business Alliance (FBA) and the Solution Bundle Agreement (SBA) group.
Kevin has been working as a FileMaker Pro developer for almost 7 years. While his education background focused on vascular ultrasound, he has found great pleasure in creating FileMaker Pro solutions for our users. Kevin is married to a very understanding wife and together have been blessed with three moderately well-behaved boys. Kevin and his family are looking recently move to Boise, ID for no other reason than to improve their broadband Internet connection.

CasaManager case management software was conceived and developed by Susanne Waher who has been designing databases for a wide variety of uses on both Windows and Macintosh platforms since 1989. Her long experience with non-profit agencies and razor-sharp focus on CASA enable her to deliver a product that customers love.
Susanne was employed with Child Advocates of Santa Clara & San Mateo counties from 1989-2005. During that time the agency grew from a 3 person office to a 30 person office serving approximately 970 children with 775 active CASAs in two counties. She also worked as a FileMaker developer for an independent consulting company in Palo Alto for 7 years and on contract for FileMaker International in England for 2.5 years. She now operates CasaManager fulltime from her office in Campbell, California.
Susanne has been a member of FileMaker Business Alliance (FBA) since 1995. FBA is a professional organization of developers and trainers who must meet certain criteria and quality standards set by FileMaker Inc. She is also the founder of DIG.FM (Developers Interest Group), the first FileMaker users group in the San Francisco greater Bay Area. As a professional developer, Susanne’s skills are continually being kept up-to-date by participating in advanced FileMaker Pro courses, seminars, training and conferences devoted to database design.
