The recordings from the recent Webinars are on the website.

You may access them from within CasaManager or go directly to the website.

From within CasaManager, you will go to your CM News, scroll down to the bottom where you will see a blue button which reads, ‘Training Schedule’. This will take you to the training channel. Click on the red button which reads, ‘Training Channel’.  You will land on the Webinar recordings page where you will find the recordings in which you are interested.

You may go directly to the website at and click on ‘Training’ from the blue navigation bar on top and follow the same path as described above. This is helpful for staff who may not be logged into CasaManager but still want to view the recordings.

I have flagged the recordings for ‘New Features and Functions’ and ‘Volunteer Recruitment, Screening, Training, and Reporting’ as featured videos, so they are displayed as soon as you log in to the recordings channel.

If you have recently had an agency-specific training series, you will find your recordings by your agency’s name.
