This is BIG! This is REALLY BIG!
The NEW and COMPLETELY overhauled CasaConnect application for volunteers is here! This new system is robust and allows your volunteers to add much more data on their cases and on their hours than ever before. The logging in process is easy and takes the place of the old requirement to send each volunteer a CC1 number and a letter generated from CasaManager. Volunteers will now be prompted to enter their email address and create a password. And that’s it! And it’s still free!
We also have a brand new tagging system in place which allows staff using CasaManager to apply tags to records from the staff module up through the volunteer module. This will allow staff to assign more details to records in an easy way. There is also a tags Mix & Match report built into CasaManager.
I will be conducting CasaConnect trainings for staff and volunteers so that you all get a sense of how this works. Those trainings are scheduled for Tuesday, March 16th and Wednesday, March 17th.
I will also be conducting a training for staff on Thursday, March 18th on how to use the new tagging system in CasaManager.
