Many of you have become accustomed to how we allowed you to assign RED status volunteers in the previous version, so you may have had difficulty assigning them in the current version.
The Old Way:
To assign a RED status volunteer in version 15, you had to manually input that volunteer’s VolID into the field that lists the volunteers’ names.
The New Way:
In Case Tasks, once you choose “Select Vol from List” then “Select Here”, your list of green and yellow status volunteers shows up. On that screen, there is a checkbox labeled “Include Red Status Volunteers”. Simply check that box for your Red status volunteers to appear in the list and you can then select any Red status volunteer to assign to the case.
