You may have noticed that the Webinar trainings have been canceled throughout the summer.

Summertime seems to give staff more freedom to use up vacation time, so staff are frequently out of the office for well-deserved down time.

Registration and attendance have been very low. We know that things come up and you may not be able to attend the training after you registered. However, the high numbers of no-shows helps us make informed decisions about how staff can access trainings to better meet their schedules and about how the CasaManager staff can better utilize our time.

When staff registers for the Webinars but can’t attend, they assume that their absence will be the only one. However, when 10 staff make the same assumption, that results in 10 no-shows.

Developing the Webinar trainings is time-intensive and provides you with follow-along guidance on how to use CasaManager to maximum benefit.

If you cannot attend any session for which you registered, please notify us in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

Also, check back often for new ‘Burst Trainings’, which are short trainings on very specific topics. Staff cannot register for the Burst Trainings, but the recordings will be on the training channel.
